The Human Rights Consortium is currently recruiting for two new staff posts to complement our existing staff team and help enhance our work to protect and advance human rights in Northern Ireland. Details of the two positions are available below and specific job descriptions, person specifications and application forms are available to download at the bottom of this page.
Research Officer FT – 3-year Fixed Term position
£27,741 – £29,577 (plus 8% salary employer’s pension contribution)
The Research Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing key elements of the Human Rights Consortium’s work to ensure that rights & standards in Northern Ireland are both maintained and improved in a post-Brexit landscape and that there is increased civil society capacity and co-ordination on social and economic rights in Northern Ireland.
Administrative Officer PT -(2 days p/w) 3-year Fixed Term position
£22,183 p.a. Pro Rata (plus 8% salary employer’s pension contribution)
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the Consortium’s finances, fundraising and corporate compliance by playing a leading role in monitoring and advancing our administrative, personnel and financial arrangements.
